General Manager – responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single Domino’s store, providing overall leadership and supervision over operations, and ensuring high standards of food safety, profitability, and an inclusive work environment.

• Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
• Lead and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and cost management.
• Recruit, retain, and develop employees, maintaining high engagement.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and operate technology systems (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Promote a positive, inclusive culture among staff.

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast‐paced service environment.
• Strong understanding of operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot restaurant technology systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (preferred).
• Minimum age of 18 years.
