Commercial Construction Shop Manager

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Shop Manager for heavy equipment and mechanics that work in demolition, excavation, underground utilities, roads/heavy highway, or water treatment construction projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, and directs activities regarding Heavy Equipment repair and maintenance
• Manage a team of Mechanics
• Coordinate and perform Warranty work
• Review invoices, budget, and labor

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years of experience as a Shop Manager for Heavy Civil Equipment and Mechanics
• Experience working on Heavy Equipment used for Heavy Civil Construction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Mechanically inclined individuals
