What You’ll Do as a General Manager:
  • Build an Outstanding Culture: Create an environment where crew members feel engaged, supported and valued‑and every guest experience matters
  • Lead a High‑Performing Team: Hire, train, and develop top‑performing managers and crew.
  • Drive Restaurant Success: Drive sales, lead daily operations, to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
  • Strengthen Community Ties: Build strong local connections and lead community engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and equipment upkeep.
  • Act as a Hands‑On Leader: Lead by example in both the Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) operations,
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–3 years of General Manager experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • Drive‑thru experience is a big plus!
  • A motivated, people‑focused leader who thrives in high‑energy, high‑volume settings
  • A hands‑on leadership style with the energy to lead from the front.
  • A people first mindset with a competitive spirit and “can‑do” attitude
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts (up to 10 hours)
  • Able to bend, stretch, and reach for objects at various heights.
