Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all listing activities from signed agreement through closing
  • Prepare and manage listing documentation, MLS entries, and disclosures
  • Schedule photography, videography, staging, inspections, and showings
  • Ensure listings are marketed accurately across multiple platforms
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for sellers throughout the listing process
  • Track deadlines, maintain transaction files, and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with agents, marketing, and operations teams to meet timelines
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Previous real estate, administrative, or transaction coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with MLS systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Texas real estate license preferred but not required (based on role scope)
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor
