Responsibilities- Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service.
- Produce high-quality food.
- Deliver the Jersey Mike's experience.
- Handle cash.
- Follow the Learning Management System Training Program.
- Develop others for career growth.
- Enforce policies and procedures.
- Participate in local and national marketing initiatives.
- Build sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment.
- Be certified in all four positions of the restaurant.
- Communicate effectively.
- Show a sense of urgency.
- Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance, unless a medical notation exists or a temporary doctor's note.
- Work 38-40 hours per week.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Communicate with the GM/AGM/DM about any issues.
- Lead by example in terms of food quality, customer service interaction, and uniform presentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Maintain a noticeably cleaner restaurant than others.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere.
- Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
- Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
- Full understanding of accountability and integrity.
- Key Holder.
- Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store.
- Know how to bake bread and perform all prep.
- Manage and lead a crew of 2 to 5 people.
- Proficient in slicing.
- Jersey Mike's Phase 1 Certified.
- 1 year QSR (quick-service restaurant) experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler or Manager.
- Must have reliable transportation.
