The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to excel in sales, product knowledge, customer service, and brand ambassadorship.

• Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Ensure exemplary customer service and deliver the ultimate Kate Spade Experience.
• Build a personal connection with guests through effective selling skills.

• Achieve personal sales goals.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture.
• Initiate business driving events in store.

• Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to sales team and customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
• Communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.

• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing facility.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability and contribution to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style.

• Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.
