Receiver/Stocker associates keep stores running and provide access to products. The role is physically demanding, involves unloading freight, moving items to the sales floor, stocking shelves, and maintaining a safe environment.

• Ensure products are accurately received, stocked, and replenished.
• Follow proper lifting guidelines to safely stock products on shelves.
• Keep aisles clean, organized, and safe.
• Engage customers, vendors, and associates with a positive attitude.
• Remain vigilant and report safety or security concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Ability to use a smartphone and common retail technology.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

• Experience operating a forklift or similar equipment.
• Experience in a warehouse environment performing inventory handling and stocking.

Environmental factors vary by location. May be working in both inside and outside weather conditions; exposure to extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions possible. Exposure to constant or intermittent noises, moving or shaking objects, and equipment.

Lifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds, team lifts for lifts starting at 75 pounds or when needed. Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker.

This role does not require regular travel; however, the role may need occasional travel to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.
