To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in achieving their fitness goals with a lively sales approach.
• Engage with new members during follow-up to ensure their success.
• Member engagement, building and equipment maintenance, and safety.
• Membership Sales (Club and Individual, including services, products, programs).
• Membership Billing.
• Customer Service: friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution.
• Information Hub: product knowledge, programs, events.

• Ownership of results.
• Resilience and a fighting spirit.
• Adaptability to various situations.
• Strong communication with members and teammates.
• Team player ready to take on tasks.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail with high‑quality work.
• Comfort with technology, good phone etiquette, and math proficiency.
• Availability: 20 hours per week, including every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

Must successfully pass a background check.

Hourly Pay Range: $10—$11 USD.

Variable income opportunities including commission.
