Position Overview

This role supports customers in our retail locations or works behind the scenes, helping us grow together.

How

You’ll Make an Impact
  • Increase sales for the agency by selling company products and services through resellers and channels in the assigned territory.
  • Represent the company in all reseller/channel support activities.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with customers, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Create campaigns for the agency to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciation.
  • Ensure daily cold‑calling, renewal quoting and grassroots marketing are performed consistently.
  • Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Attend sales training as needed and develop sales reports.
Qualifications
  • Required: High School diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year of sales experience.
  • Employment is contingent upon obtaining a P&C license within 60 days.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
Preferred
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
