What You’ll DoRun residential service plumbing calls independently and professionally

Diagnose issues thoroughly and present clear, honest repair options

Perform high‑quality repairs and installations with zero shortcuts

Follow the Mr. Rooter C.U.S.T.O.M.E.R. experience process to deliver five‑star service

Conduct whole‑home plumbing inspections and make proactive recommendations

Maintain clean work habits, accurate documentation, and strong communication

Treat every home with respect and protect the customer’s property

Contribute to a positive, accountable field culture as our team continues to grow

Required Qualifications These are non‑negotiable:

Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License Minimum 3 years of residential service plumbing experience

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Compensation

Starting pay range: $30.00–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience.
