  • Level 1 Coach: $18/hour >
    Level 2 Coach: $21/hour >
    Lead Coach: $24/hour
  • Program Coordinator and Management Roles:
    Up to $75,000 salary
• Quarterly performance bonuses (avg. $200-500 per quarter)

• Use Soccer Shots curriculum focusing on motor skills and character development
• Create a safe, inclusive environment through positive reinforcement
• Communicate with families, teachers, and caregivers
• Track attendance and manage equipment

• Soccer playing experience (high school, club, recreational, or college)
• Desire to work with children ages 2‑8
• Minimum commitment:
  Just 4 classes per week (30‑45 minutes each)
