Position Summary
Life Time Inc. is seeking an Event Coordinator to provide logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team and adult programming (Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops). The coordinator will support all adult sports programming to ensure members enjoy a robust program and help events align with Life Time’s Mission and Vision Statement. The role supports Member Retention by delivering an outstanding member experience.
Job Duties And Responsibilities- Coordinates in‑center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors.
- Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables.
- Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns.
- Engages with members and non‑members to promote club events and adult programs.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- CPR and AED Certified.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions.
- Excellent customer service and promotional skills.
- Ability to build relationships with members.
