Become part of Moffitt Site Services, a Houston‑based emergency services organization committed to delivering clean water, sanitation, hazardous cleanup, and portable restrooms to businesses, government entities, and communities affected by natural disasters.

We are expanding our team and looking for a reliable Water/Vacuum Truck Driver with a preference for Roll‑Off experience. The position supports rapid, safe delivery of water and vacuum services across the Greater Houston Area and beyond.

• Safely operate various types of vacuum trucks (hydro vac, combo‑jetter, liquid vac, tankers).
• Use the pump to vacuum sludge or liquid materials in the truck tank.
• Ensure the suction system is functioning properly.
• Comply with all safety procedures at disposal and processing sites.
• Identify and communicate any scheduled services that cannot be provided.
• Prepare and provide appropriate documentation for water deliveries, work orders, and manifests.
• Drive to customer locations for pump‑outs and water delivery while maintaining safety.
• Maintain communications with dispatch and supervisor regarding job instructions or changes.
• Operate a company‑owned roll‑off truck to service industrial, commercial, and construction customers on dynamic routes.
• Dump contents at designated facilities (landfill, transfer station, or recycling).
• Maintain a clean vehicle and professional appearance when interacting with customers.
• Keep accurate records (driver paperwork, daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch logs, trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports).
• Follow all FMSCA/DOT guidelines and perform daily pre/post‑trip DOT inspections.
• Report all safety and service incidents to the supervisor immediately.

• At least 1 year of vacuum truck experience (required).
• 1 year of water truck experience (preferred).
• 1 year of roll‑off experience (preferred).
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsement (preferred; if not, must obtain Hazmat within 6 months).
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• This position is not eligible for relocation.

• Availability to work out of town for natural disaster response.

• Rotating schedule (typically 5/2) with overtime; may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
