Up to $85,000 Annually – Based on Experience

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Take-Home Company Vehicle After 90-Day Probationary Period

Perma-Culture, Inc. is an established commercial landscape and irrigation installation contractor serving Tampa Bay and Central Florida.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Installation Field Supervisor to oversee multiple commercial installation projects and lead our field crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple commercial landscape installation projects.
• Coordinate field crews, equipment, materials, and daily jobsite activities.
• Ensure installations meet plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor jobsite productivity, quality, and safety.
• Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and company leadership.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they delay production.
• Monitor labor efficiency and project progress.
• Provide clear instructions and direction to Spanish-speaking crews.
• Hold crew leaders accountable for daily performance.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in commercial landscape installation.
• Proven ability to supervise multiple crews and projects.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) OR able to communicate effectively in Spanish with field crews.
• Strong understanding of landscape installation, grading, sod, trees, shrubs, and irrigation.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape construction plans.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.

This is a field leadership position, not a landscape maintenance position.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary up to $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
