PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Senior-Level Program Manager with managerial experience of Federal Government programs to support an opportunity for our customer located in Dahlgren, VA.

The PSI Pax Senior Management Analyst positions lead efforts to provide program/project analysis and management support to organizations to coordinate and complete all project processes from requirements through delivery. PSI Pax Analysts interface with government clients to perform full life cycle project management in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling.

• Performs analysis, tracking research data, financial tracking, business operations and Navy ERP program.
• Manages numerous complex and time-critical activities simultaneously; demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication with personnel of all levels; independently manages projects; and has knowledge of the Government's data processing environments, including office automation networks, word processing applications, Microsoft Suite, and advanced experience in spreadsheets.

• Seven (7) years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
• Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• Six (6) years of experience in DoD environment with progressive experience in performing analysis, tracking research data, financial tracking, business operations and Navy ERP program.
• Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication with personnel of all levels.
• Experience in independently working projects and outstanding management skills.
• Knowledge of the Government's data processing environments, including office automation networks, word processing applications, Microsoft Suite, and advanced experience in spreadsheets.
• Secret (Interim Clearances acceptable). Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
