Description
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Fleet Support Analyst with a desire to grow while working with a skilled and highly motivated team on leading-edge work. Our team provides IT services for systems engineering and information management systems to multiple major DoD programs. This position supports an established contract developing mission‑critical operations. Our customer’s framework continues to evolve. Evaluating, learning, and integrating new technologies will be a constant factor in this position. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop, manage, and present logistics and program impact materials—including briefs, white papers, and analysis reports—to support logistics product development for a U.S. Navy Major Weapon System.
- Prepare and deliver Tomahawk Systems Engineering Work Group Change Request (CR) reports, clearly outlining the technical and logistical impacts, recommended workarounds, and associated documentation updates.
- Track CR board decisions and action items, ensuring all assigned tasks are monitored through completion and that final workarounds or updates are accurately captured and published.
- Coordinate with Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and other functional teams to gather technical inputs and update procedural workarounds for TTWCS (Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System) across all fielded baselines.
- Ensure accuracy and configuration control of all logistics documentation, briefs, and change products in accordance with Navy standards and program requirements.
- Support process improvement efforts, identifying gaps or inefficiencies in existing documentation and recommending enhancements to improve clarity, usability, and alignment with engineering updates.
- Participate in working groups, technical interchange meetings, and logistics reviews to provide subject‑matter expertise and represent logistics interests in program decisions.
- Familiarity with TTWCS, Tomahawk systems, or other Navy weapon system baselines
- Must have extremely strong attention to detail
- U.S. citizen with currently active Secret security clearance (or higher)
