Senior Simulations Accreditation Systems Engineer

Bowhead is seeking a highly skilled Sr Simulations Accreditation Systems Engineer with extensive experience in project management and a deep understanding of complex simulation systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing combat systems documentation and end-user needs to identify and define simulation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage simulation accreditation projects from inception to completion.
• Analyze and assess combat systems documentation to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define simulation requirements based on end-user needs.
• Develop and implement strategies for simulation system evaluations and improvements.
• Provide expert guidance on simulation methodologies and best practices.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience.
• At least eight (8) years of experience with complex simulation systems and accreditation processes.
• In-depth understanding of combat systems documentation and simulation requirements.
• Proven ability to assess user needs and translate them into technical specifications.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
