$105,000 - $115,000

• Skilled in modeling and creating new processes, methodologies, modeling techniques and basic analytics to solve client problems
• Skilled in requirements management and analysis and able to develop complete and accurate system and subsystem level requirements
• Skilled in functional flow development and able to develop mission operations level activity and sequence diagrams
• Experience with system interface modeling and development of Interface Control Documents (ICDs)

5+ years of relevant experience

Must be able to obtain and maintain Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

The annual salary range for this position is $105-115k based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. Company standard annual performance reviews are in place, plus excellence awards for recognition.

We offer a flexible schedule, but due to the classification level of the projects we support, we cannot offer fully remote opportunities at this time. Teleworking may be approved with prior approval you will be required to work on‑site at a customer military site.

We are seeking motivated, team‑oriented Senior Systems Engineer. This position will cover a broad range of Model-Based Systems Engineering activities.

• Modeling and creating new processes, methodologies, modeling techniques and basic analytics to solve client problems.
• Requirements management and analysis to develop complete and accurate system and subsystem level requirements.
• Functional flow development and mission operations level activity and sequence diagram creation.
• System interface modeling and development of Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Basic system administration, network, and operating system hardening techniques and experience in developing systems engineering best‑practices.

• Active DoD Top Secret level clearance (or ability to obtain).
• B.S. in engineering, cybersecurity, networking, computer science, or related degree.
• Certifications:
  
  OCSMP Model User or higher, Scaled Agile certification, or DoD 8750 baseline certification within the first year.
• Experience with the software and system modeling tool, Magic Draw (preferred).
• Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) (required).
