BS Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology is preferred. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

Three (3) years experience dealing with the concept design, engineering, and test and evaluation of weapon systems components, subsystems, and systems.

• U.S. Citizen.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Security Clearance.

• Navy and/or Marine Corps related experience preferred but not required for consideration.
• Ability to manage various aspects of a project, including technical, schedule, and budget.
• Ability to work effectively with customers to define test requirements and objectives.
• Strong communication skills to enable effective written and oral communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to function independently in a dynamic environment with a diverse team.

• Knowledge and comfort working with electronics.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail.

• Become part of the Precision Fire Control (PFC) program team.
• Travel up to 50% of time to off‑site vendors and testing facilities.
