Responsibilities
This role will plan, coordinate, and head working groups in the development, planning, and execution of Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) programs, projects, and activities. Interface with stakeholders, identify and understand program goals and needs, and develop best-value solutions. Develop systems integration solutions and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documents, working with commercial MBSE tools.
Additional responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and deliver MBSE artifacts needed to support development of SysML/UML models of CONOPS and Requirements, Architecture models, and simulation cases
- Support the creation of system and subsystem architecture views (functional, physical, power, safety, cybersecurity, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field with industry experience (Masters and/or years of experience in lieu of a degree possible)
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance.
- Experience with the MBSE toolchain including UML/SysML modeling tools like Cameo, Magic Draw, Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody or equivalent.
- STEM degree from accredited College or university
- Experience with U.S. Navy combat systems
