Tactical Systems Technician – Senior (ILO-):

Bowhead is seeking to network with a highly skilled Sr. Tactical Systems Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Naval tactical and simulation/stimulation systems, demonstrating a strong knowledge base and subject matter expertise. This role requires the ability to direct operations and maintenance of complex Naval tactical and support systems, as well as effective leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

• Direct the operations and maintenance of complex Naval tactical and support systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of journeyman-level technicians, ensuring the successful completion of significant projects.
• Communicate technical problems clearly, provide actionable recommendations, and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Oversee personnel leadership and conflict resolution within the team.
• Work independently to manage tasks and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 10 years of experience in Naval tactical and simulation/stimulation systems.
• Leadership:
  At least 5 years of personnel leadership experience, with a proven track record in conflict resolution.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Established knowledge base in relevant technical disciplines as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
• Project Management:
  Experience in developing and leading the implementation of project plans.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
