Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist - Help Desk
Watershed Security, a Veteran Owned Small Business with over 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity and Government Contracting, is seeking a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren, VA. Candidates must have six (6) years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMC’s Remedy or Service Now.
The position requires an IAT III level designation with a DoD Top Secret/SCI Eligible Clearance.
- High School or GED
- Must have one of the following: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH
- Six years of professional industry experience
- Active DoD TS/SCI Eligible
- Ability to work on‑site in Dahlgren, VA
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Experience with help desk tools such as BMC’s Remedy or Service Now
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay RangeFinal salary is influenced by factors such as location, contract labor categories, experience, skills, education, and certifications. Watershed offers competitive compensation, medical and dental benefits, educational reimbursement, 401K plans with matching, 15 days of PTO to start, and 11 paid holidays per year. The proposed salary range for this position is: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 USD.
