Customer Technical Support Specialist – Help Desk
Watershed Security, a Veteran Owned Small Business with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and government contracting, is seeking a Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in industry, federal, or DoD help‑desk support using tools such as BMC’s Remedy or Service Now.
A designation of IAT II level with an active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- IAT II, with one or more of the following certifications or higher: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, SSCP
- Minimum of 2 years of professional help‑desk experience in industry, federal, or DoD environments
- Active Secret Clearance or higher
- Ability to work on‑site in Dahlgren, VA
- Availability to travel up to 10%
- Experience with BMC’s Remedy or Service Now
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay Range
The proposed salary range for this position is $52,000.00 – $62,000.00 USD. Watershed offers competitive compensation and benefits, including medical and dental coverage, educational reimbursement, a 401(k) plan with matching, 15 days of paid time off at the start of employment, and 11 paid holidays annually.
