AERMOR is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to provide expert‑level support in the analysis, planning, and implementation of complex business and technical systems. The individual will translate user and mission requirements into functional and technical solutions, perform application testing, and support database management operations. The role requires proficiency in systems analysis, DoD architecture frameworks, and enterprise architecture tools such as IBM’s System Architect.

• Analyze business, mission, and technical requirements to develop system solutions and integration strategies.
• Support system implementation efforts, including requirements validation, configuration management, and testing.
• Develop system documentation, data flow diagrams, and architecture descriptions in compliance with DoD standards.
• Perform systems planning, performance assessments, and technical risk analyses.
• Utilize enterprise architecture tools such as IBM’s System Architect to model and manage system relationships and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and developers to ensure accurate translation of requirements into system functionality.
• Support database management activities, including schema design, performance optimization, and data validation.
• Conduct application testing, identify defects, and recommend corrective actions to enhance system performance.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies, cybersecurity controls, and configuration management procedures.
• Provide technical reports, briefings, and recommendations to leadership on system design, architecture, and operational performance.

• Six (6) years of professional experience in systems analysis, planning, and implementation.
• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related discipline is highly desired.
• Experience implementing and supporting business and technical requirements for enterprise or defense systems.
• Skilled in system analysis, architecture design, and database management support.
• Qualified experience with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
• Proficiency with enterprise architecture tools such as IBM’s System Architect or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, performance testing, and data management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
