Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Program Analyst to support a program at Dahlgren Naval Base.

• Financial planning, budgeting and execution of project funds for allocation purposes
• Integrated management schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting
• Coordinate task planning, schedule development and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects

• Active Secret Clearance
• Two (2) years of work-related experience in management support
• Demonstrated technical understanding and ability to prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports; OR, three (3) years of specialized experience in:
• Financial planning, budgeting and execution of project funds for allocation purposes
• Integrated management schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting; coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of software applications and best business practices, with high proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office suite to prepare complex and detailed documents
• Experience processing complex technical reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns; participating in Technical Progress and Design Reviews, program technical meetings, and providing status and inputs to technical reports, white papers, and meetings
• This position must be designated as IAT II level
