We are seeking a Senior-Level Program Manager with experience managing Federal Government programs for an opportunity supporting our customer in Dahlgren, VA.

• Lead and oversee challenging projects, providing administrative oversight, and managing technical, schedule, and cost aspects.
• Coordinate project schedules, staffing, procurement, and budgets for DoD/Navy programs.
• Guide project support staff and serve as the main contact for government program leaders.
• Collaborate with functional leads to align strategic goals.
• Perform analytical work using project management best practices, tailoring processes for technical projects.
• Establish project objectives and interpret project requirements.

• Secret Clearance with eligibility for access to classified information.
• Minimum of 10 years management experience, including 5 years with Federal Government programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior/executive level clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
