We are seeking a Program Manager to support our team in Dahlgren, VA. The role involves:

• Managing cost, schedule, and performance of designated programs
• Customer relations management
• Project performance reporting
• Contract transition support
• Serving as the primary POC to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) / Technical POC
• Developing and maintaining program staffing plans
• Supporting hiring and onboarding
• Employee relations and management
• Maintaining staffing plans aligned with contract requirements
• Developing, maintaining, and monitoring schedules
• Developing and managing contract deliverables and approval workflows
• Ensuring compliance with contractual provisions
• Managing program risks and quality control
• Overseeing the quality of project deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of IT management experience, including 5 years in Navy programs
• At least 10 years of professional management experience, with 5 years in Navy 2 UNCLASSIFIED weapon systems
• Experience with contractual matters, corporate management, and serving as a liaison between the government and the COR
• Knowledge of DoD contractual processes

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business Management
