Responsibilities

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

* Lead and manage a variety of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

* Conduct thorough evaluations of existing procedures, processes, and techniques to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

* Develop and implement project plans, including manpower and resource allocation, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

* Supervise and mentor a team of skilled professionals, technical staff, and support personnel, ensuring high performance and accountability.

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.

* Work independently to drive project initiatives, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and initiative.

Qualifications

* Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in project management, including: project requirements analysis; manpower and resource planning; scheduling across a diverse portfolio of projects.

* High School diplamo required. Bachelors Degree hihgly preferred.

* At least eight (8) years of experience in evaluating project operations against established goals, requirements, and objectives. Proven experience leading teams of skilled professionals, demonstrating responsibility for performance and overall project direction.

* Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

Physical Demands:

* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

* Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time

* Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
