• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, Go/Golang, Rust, or Type Script
• Experience with designing and implementing modular software architectures
• Knowledge of open application programming interface and providing access to data
• Knowledge of database schema design and structured query language
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Agile fundamentals
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with open‑source map libraries, including Open Layers Map OL, or Cesium
• Knowledge of open‑source communication protocols, including MQTT, gRPC, or Web Sockets
• TS/SCI clearance
