Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Dahlgren, VA
.

• Perform clerical and physical tasks related to shipping goods and receiving incoming shipments.
• Verify correctness of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, and storage receipts.
• Check for damaged goods and ensure goods are appropriately routed to departments within the establishment.
• Prepare and keep records of goods received.
• Verify materials against receiving documents, note and report discrepancies and damages, and route materials to prescribed storage locations.
• Store, stack, and palletize materials in accordance with storage methods, rearrange and inventory stored materials, examine stored materials, and report deterioration and damage.
• Transport or store materials, manually load or unload freight cars, trucks, or other transporting devices, and unpack, shelve, or place items in proper storage locations.
• Maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license, lift 50 lbs., and qualify to operate a forklift.
• Maintain an active DoD security clearance (Active Secret clearance required).

• U.S. Citizen.
• 1–2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Active Secret security clearance (preference for current clearance).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. frequently.
• Qualified and physically capable of operating a forklift.
