About the Role:

The University of North Georgia is seeking a Federal Work Study student for the Center for Global Engagement. The role involves administrative support, front desk duties, email and phone handling, and social media management.

• Manages front desk, welcomes visitors, answers phone calls and general emails.
• Schedules appointments for students and assists with registration.
• Covers social media accounts—creates, gathers, and uploads content to Meta (Instagram stories and posts) up to four times per week.
• Supports the Abroad 101 presentation and maintains bulletin boards.

• In‑office training provided for general administrative tasks.
• Preferred:
  Experience with Canva for marketing materials and Instagram story/post creation.

• Enrolled at the University of North Georgia with a minimum of six (6) credit hours.
