Job Summary: UNG is accepting applications for a part‑time instructor to teach non‑credit courses for adult learners in Evergreen Learning. Courses include series or one‑day elective workshops that meet the needs of diverse skill levels. Day and evening options are available.

Responsibilities:

• Develop curriculum for the course including any supplemental material needed.
• Provide students with the necessary tools to learn or enhance their skills.
• Provide a hands‑on class environment that allows students of all skill levels to gain new knowledge.
• Determine the interests of students in the class and provide instructions fit to those needs.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned, to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of courses.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Punctuality and dependability.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a professional in the related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Instructional experience preferred but not required.
