The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Libraries department on the Gainesville campus. The UNG Gainesville Campus Library seeks focused, dedicated students eligible for employment during the school year. These individuals must be flexible, dependable and able to work a set schedule. This position requires evening and may require weekend hours.
Responsibilities- Library student assistants are responsible for providing customer service assistance to UNG Libraries patrons and clerical and project support to library staff and faculty.
- Excellent customer service skills, willingness to learn and work in a team environment and detail oriented.
- Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
- Previous library experience--paid or volunteer is a plus.
