Personal Care Assistants (PCA) - DAY and OVERNIGHT shifts

Are you a caring, dependable individual who loves helping others? At Seniors Helping Seniors®, we’re looking for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) who want to bring warmth, dignity, and support into the lives of older adults living at home.

PLUS a $500 bonus - $250 first 30 shifts, $250 on 50th shift.

• Assist seniors with daily personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands

• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Be a steady, friendly presence that brings comfort and peace of mind

• Experience as a PCA or caregiver

• A calm, patient, and encouraging attitude

• Reliability and respect for seniors’ independence

• Ability to work independently with compassion and professionalism

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Paid training

• Friendly, Accessible Office Staff

• 1 year experience as a PCA
• Current CPR Certification
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
