Shift:3rd Shift, Monday - Friday, 11pm - 7am
Pay Rate:$19.00 per hour

Job Description:We are currently seeking a dependable Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team in Dahlonega, GA. This position is responsible for preparing metal parts, applying powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment, and ensuring a high-quality finish that meets production standards. The ideal candidate has experience in powder coating or industrial painting and takes pride in producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare metal parts by cleaning, sanding, or blasting surfaces before coating.
- Hang and remove parts from racks or conveyor systems.
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment.
- Inspect coated parts for complete coverage, quality, and defects.
- Load coated parts into curing ovens and monitor the curing process.
- Perform final quality inspections after parts have cooled.
- Maintain spray equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
- Experience using spray equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around heat and industrial equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
