Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Join Senior Helpers as a Certified Nursing Assistant. The role provides patient care under the direction of licensed professionals.

Base Pay Range
: $16.00/hr – $16.00/hr.

The CNA delivers nursing care tailored to the age of the population served. Duties include daily patient support, vital sign monitoring, documentation, and following care plans.

• Comply with ATC policies and client facility nursing procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare personnel.
• Document patient care and vital signs per facility protocols.
• Assist patients with personal care services.
• Maintain competency through continuing education and meet state requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Completion of a state‑approved certified nursing program or successful passing of a competency evaluation meeting state regulations.
• Unrestricted certification as a CNA.
• At least six months of CNA experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other health and screening tests as required by facility or regulatory agencies.
