LPN Wound Care - Evening​/Night Shift

Chelsey Park Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day-to-day patient care in Georgia. You will monitor skin conditions, administer medications, and document patient progress in coordination with the nursing team.
