As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
- Communicating proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
- Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
- Performing store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
- Completing Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
- Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Reviewing planogram integrity and delivering excellent customer service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value. - Ensuring a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
- Providing peak coverage as needed, such as during special events.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
