Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $11.45 / Hour

Job Schedule: Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM;
Sun 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Provide customer service by assisting individuals with site-specific procedures and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Carry out security-related procedures in alignment with site-specific policies and protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed according to established guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Document and report observations, incidents, and maintenance issues as required by site protocols.
  • Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following Allied Universal and client-specific procedures.
Minimum Requirements
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
