Job Summary
Domino’s Pizza Team USA team members are an inclusive, fun, and friendly group of people. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing quality customer service as well as preparing and delivering our delicious food with pride. They serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by providing information, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities- Provide Best in Class Customer Service
- Assist with Store Operations
- Manage Image and Cleanliness of Store
- Maintain Food and Team Member Safety
- Excellent customer service ability
- Prior experience in a customer service or applicable role preferred
- Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
- Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
