Lead the day‑to‑day operations of your store, ensuring high‑quality customer service, efficient staff management, and strong store performance.

• Oversee all shift duties, including staffing, scheduling, and crew management.
• Maintain cost controls, inventory control, and cash control, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
• Deliver excellent customer relations, handling orders, complaints, and community outreach.
• Enforce all policy and procedural standards 100% of the time, setting a strong example for the crew.
• Manage key store functions: marketing, profitability, store cleanliness, and transportation to/from work.
• Support front‑line operations, monitor store image, and adhere to all quality and safety standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of leadership or retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and accurate monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for order processing.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and give clear written instructions.
• Demonstrated multitasking and organizational skills to manage shift priorities.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.

• Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 pounds) for frequent periods.
• Ability to carry, push, and pull trays, trays on dollies, and pizza dough up to 12 pounds.
• Short bursts of climbing or operating ladders for housekeeping or maintenance tasks.
• Regular reaching and moving of objects up to 72 inches in height.
• Needing a stable work surface between 36 and 48 inches high.
