Een gemeentelijke organisatie in Dalfsen zoekt een Frontoffice Medewerker Burgerzaken om een klantvriendelijke en zorgvuldige dienstverlening te verlenen aan inwoners. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen aan de balie, telefonisch en digitaal. We zijn op zoek naar iemand met een MBO-opleiding niveau 4 en ervaring in klantcontact. Als je een proactieve houding hebt en nauwkeurig kunt werken, dan ben je de ideale kandidaat voor deze rol.
