SWO De Wolden Hoogeveen zoekt een Medior Vergunningverlener die regie voert op omgevingsvergunningen. Je toetst aanvragen aan Omgevingsplan, Omgevingswet en Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving en bewaakt de voortgang met transparante afhandeling.
Je werkt nauw samen met inwoners, ondernemers en adviseurs. Ervaring met Rx.Mission is een plus; ABW1/ABW2 zijn pré; HBO-opleiding bouwkunde is gewenst. De functie biedt samenwerking in een hecht team en wordt ingeschaald op schaal 8.
