Finance Manager

Symbiotic Talent are partnering with a construction company in Dalgety Bay for a Finance Manager. This role would suit a newly qualified accountant from industry or a more experienced safe pair of hands. The role is mainly on-site and working closely with a talented FD and managing the workload of the team. Team fit is important as the culture and team are down to earth, direct and close-nit.

• Manage sales ledger, purchase ledger, payroll and banking
• Ensure HMRC compliance for HMRC- PAYE and VAT
• Review and post monthly journals
• Prepare monthly management accounts to trial balance including balance sheet reconciliation
• Manage fixed assets register
• Manage weekly supplier payments
  
  Responsible for all accounting for Irish entity.
• Prepare RCT & VAT returns for Irish entities and all companies registered in Ireland
• Prepare all statutory returns including statutory accounts
• Manage RCT, VAT & tax in Ireland.
• Prepare monthly small companies accounts (Balance sheet, P&L, account reconciliation).
• Assist with annual audit.
• Ensure compliance with CIS in UK (Full Training will be provided).
