Ingenico is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the Contact Centre in Dalgety Bay. You will provide advice, guidance and technical support for customers using Ingenico hardware and services to accept payments in-store.
The role offers on-site work in a growing business park with good public transport access, and full training is provided if your application is successful. We operate an 8 hour, 3 shift pattern between 8:00 and 18:15, Monday to Friday, including one full weekend every 3 weeks
