The Assistant Registrar will work under the Associate Director, Academic Regulations s crucial position requires five years of relevant experience and involves user support for the Degree Audit Reporting System. You will liaise with faculty and staff to ensure smooth registration processes while managing one full-time employee to build academic schedules and coordinate degree audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Degree Audit Reporting System effectively
• Organize registration procedures across Dalhousie faculties
• Provide training for faculty and advisors on degree audits
• Generate degree audit reports for graduation assessments
• Oversee daily operations of one full-time staff member
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree with five years of experience
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of complex database systems
• Familiarity with DARS and Student Banner systems
• Understanding of Academic Regulations and Calendars
Support student achievement and ensure efficient degree audit processes at Dalhousie University.
