This role requires operational expertise in boilers, chillers, and thermal systems, coupled with monitoring and maintenance responsibilities. You will report to the Central Plant Manager and handle various critical functions to keep energy systems efficient and compliant with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor boilers and chillers for optimal performance

• Conduct maintenance on thermal plant systems and equipment

• Respond to alarms and troubleshoot system issues

• Complete log sheets and regular inspections as required

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Third Class Power Engineer’s certificate

• Minimum three years related experience

• Knowledge of computer control systems

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime
