This role supports the Facilities Manager and requires independent judgment and initiative. Your responsibilities include managing custodial budgets, overseeing safety measures, and participating in Health and Safety meetings. You'll also prioritize repair projects using the computerized Maintenance Management System (Megamation) and handle daily operations of related buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety standards for schools and related buildings
• Manage custodial staff and associated duties
• Handle inquiries regarding facilities and maintenance
• Prepare tenders and conduct evaluations of plant issues
• Assign repair projects based on urgency
Requirements:
• Diploma in architectural or engineering technology
• 3 years' experience in facility management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Written and spoken English fluency
