This is a senior, hands‑on role for a systems‑savvy professional who enjoys being the backbone of a business! Sitting at the centre of operations, this role combines IT oversight, office management and supplier coordination to keep the organisation running smoothly and securely.

Location Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Holding responsibility for the supported governance of all IT systems, including coordinating day‑to‑day IT operations, licencing, support and future system development.
  • Managing the administrative function across the business, including accounts support, legal support services and any front‑of‑house staff.
  • Liaising with and managing outsourced suppliers, including IT support providers, payroll services and other third‑party partners.
  • Acting as facilities and premises manager, including liaison with landlords' agents, contractors and overseeing future facilities planning.
  • Managing office infrastructure, contacts and third‑party relationships, including insurance providers, information services, telephony and cyber security protections.
  • Overseeing relevant certifications and ensuring appropriate cyber and information security standards are maintained.
  • Supporting and delivering change management and transformational initiatives across the business.
  • Ensuring business policies, procedures and service standards are defined, implemented and consistently met.
  • Maintaining oversight of data management practices to ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards, including GDPR.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operations or office management, with a very good understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. They will be confident managing suppliers, coordinating administrative teams and overseeing facilities and premises matters. A structured, proactive approach to change management and continuous improvement is essential, alongside a solid understanding of data protection and governance requirements. Excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities and the confidence to operate at a senior, trusted level within the business are key to success in this role.
