A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised professional to support international market engagement and promotional activity! The Market Development Executive will act as a central coordination point, ensuring activity is aligned, well-managed and professionally delivered.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Acting as a central coordination point for Market Development activity, supporting alignment between representatives and leadership.
  • Maintaining the annual Market Development calendar and coordinating meetings, appointments and schedules.
  • Supporting the implementation of market development strategy and reviewing alignment of roadshows and events with agreed plans.
  • Maintaining and updating global contacts and records within the CRM system.
  • Extracting CRM data to support Board reporting and internal updates.
  • Compiling agendas, preparing minutes and providing note-taking support for meetings and steering groups.
  • Managing daily correspondence related to Market Development activity.
  • Supporting monitoring and reporting of the agreed Market Development budget.
  • Assisting with expense processing in line with internal procedures.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of roadshows, conferences, round tables and events.
  • Managing event attendance records and stakeholder responses.
  • Liaising with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Ordering promotional materials and supporting digital or microsite content for events.
  • Attending roadshows and events in Guernsey or overseas where required (with travel agreed in advance).
  • Acting as a key liaison point for external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and responsive approach.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently. They will be confident communicating with both internal and external stakeholders and comfortable working with CRM systems, data and reporting tools. A proactive, reliable and detail-focused approach is essential, alongside discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive information. Familiarity with tools such as Hub Spot, Adobe, Microsoft 365 and project management platforms would be advantageous.

An understanding of data protection principles would also be beneficial.
